I NEED A GUADIAN ANGEL
Every one has something to remember in life, these are mine.
There are times in someone's life that they feel isolated, felt left out, and think life is not worth living. that's bad u know, Every single challenge and struggle in life forces us to overcome our obstacles in life so one should look at life in a positive point of view, you never know what the future holds in store for you.
my life has been full of hardship, sad memories, misery, and a little part of me force myself to be happy, because my mum once told me that life meant to be happy.what is life? everyone have different interpretation of life depending on how life treat them. life is like a challenge for the fittest, life is full of happiest , pain, sorrow, joy all these factor contribute to make it the most beautiful and amazing gift that God gave us. life is like a chess game it have rules if you follow the rules it sometimes goes the way you want it, if you don't that's it. Then i came to realise of this saying " if you don't know where you are going you can't get lost" i believe that true because life doesn't have a rewind or forward button that we can forward the bad experience and rewind back the good moment. what do we really know about life?
Memories are the things that makes us mortal. and we tend to recall on these memories to over come the pains we feel inside, and give us insight in life, because what we remember isn't always exactly what it was, inspite of what people might like you to believe and everything we went through in life.
Born in Africa especially SIERRA LEONE, a place no one seems to know, is the most unfortunate situation one can encounter in life, no proper food, people dying from starvation, we killling each other, suffering from killing diseases.everyday the situation is getting worse. Sierra leone have experienced the most brutal war in history, when, where, and how the war started is unclear. but the main reason is power.
Discovering my real DAD, was a challenge to and it was difficult for me to come in terms with. I have always known my dad as my uncle the story uptil now is one sided, because my mother never told me what exactly happened. before my grandmother died, she told me that the man you called your uncle is actually your Dad. girl. i never mentioned anything to my mother, because in Africa mothers are not always opened to there children they never discussed any thing to them because they think it not appropriate to discussed adult issues to their children, that is really an issue in africa, because
children get into lot of troubles because they haven't been enlightening about things that they need to know.i think that the most fortunate think in first worl countries because they teach it in school expose you to situation and give you choices in life
The saddest time in my life is when there was nothing in the house to eat, and my mother has gone all out for us to eat. i will always recall that day i was 6 years old. And we have to sleep hungry that day. fantasing of what holds the next day.
Living my mother back there in Sierra leone, knowing how people suffers so much for survival, and all by herself with no support for her and the family. It make me feel sick and desperate to do something for her, but looking at the situation seems impossible now
One should have faith and hope in life, and am keeping mine until one day God send my wonderful mother to me.
my early one that still rings in my head was, my mother going to her village to get my cousins for my one year old birthday, and she couldn't return back because the rebels attack and capture the town and she was trapped there for nearly a week. A year old was a young age to remember.Iwas devastated. I thought my mother hates me. I was latter on told what happen.
Maybe i can distinguish my happiest moment in half of my life have spent in this earth. because the place i called my home was, in every second in a chaos or someone killing someone, and i came to wonder if i may be the next victim.
The day Australia Granted us asylum was the most happiest day that i experience for a very long time, knowing that it was a opportunity in my life to make it more meaningful and a break from the gun fires and bombardment every single sphere of the day. but on the other side i feel the guilt and greed, knowing that there are other people who are in the same situation like me and not having this opportunity.
I wish i can help, but in a real situation, what can a poor girl seeking opportunity in life can do to help.
I think my happiest time in life is near and seem far from now, it yet to come. because am making use of my today instead of waiting endlessly for a better or happy tommorrow.
Before we were granted a visa to come to Australia the feeling we all have was undescribable. me, my dad, my aunt, my dad's cousin lived in Guinea for two and a half years, depend on the little support from my step mother, she was Like a God that hold the key to our life. It was not easy at all, living in another man's country not knowing their language and the prices of everything plummeting every day. surving each day was our main priority.
.
There are little pieces missing in my puzzle, when i complete this puzzle like going to university, get a good job, become independent, get my mother to join me.Like a lovely lady once told me 'achieve all these things and you will gain respect in your community'.
Remember life is full of hardship, saddest, and happiness and try as hard ad you can to make the best out of it. It natural, because no one in life can avert saddest and hardship to be happy all through there life. Life is a whole gruesome journey.
Life means happiness and challenges sometimes i look at my life as a blessing and very lucky each day that am strong and still moving on
